Works wonderfully for blood sugar control! I suffer from PCOS and insulin resistance, frequently monitoring my blood sugar. Occasionally, I record prediabetes readings based on my diet. I tested myself eating identical foods at the same time with and without cinnamon at various dosages. For me, 3 grams about 30 minutes before a meal is perfect, making my blood sugar stable, and I eagerly await my next A1C!

It works! I was on Metformin to manage blood sugars related to pre-diabetes. After a few weeks, I stopped the Metformin but continued with Cinnamon Bark twice daily. In three months, my A1C dropped significantly to normal levels, and my triglycerides were perfect! My doctor was shocked and delighted.

I discovered that cassia cinnamon is inferior to cinnamon vernom. The only brand I found was Now. It has really helped lower my blood sugar levels effectively.

I’m pleased with this product. I take it alongside gymnema sylvestre (400 mg) and berberine (500 mg) twice daily with meals to manage my blood sugar. My post-meal readings are consistently in the 100s, down from 130-150, which is ideal for me as they need to be below 120. I’m trying to avoid mealtime insulin!

Essential for glucose

Previously an incredible glucose control product, I now find that since switching to Cassia Cinnamon, it has lost its efficacy. Initially, I took two capsules before each of two meals as recommended, which was highly effective. Although my blood pressure seems more consistent now, I'm not sure if the cinnamon is contributing to that. It remains indispensable for glucose management!
